Q: How much does it cost to attend Elevate Community Conference?

A: Elevate is free to attend. However, space is limited so we recommend that you register early to secure your spot. 

Q: I need to make a change to my registration, who should I contact? 

A: Direct your questions to the LogicMonitor Events Team. Contact information is listed under Contact Us at the bottom of each page. 

Q: Are food and drinks included with my registration? 

A: The event will provide a light breakfast, buffet lunch, and a hosted evening reception with food and drinks. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the duration of the event. If you are attending the event and have severe allergies, please note it in your registration or email us at events@logicmonitor.com

Q: What if I need special access requirements? 

A: If you have any special access requirement, please email us at events@logicmonitor.com upon registration, and we can make necessary arrangements to enable your attendance. 

Q: I am not able to attend the LogicMonitor Elevate Community Conference in person; however, can I attend virtually or access the materials afterward?

A: We will not be broadcasting the conference virtually. However, we will be recording some of the sessions, and we will have most of the enablement materials from the sessions available following the conference.

Q: What is the attire for the LogicMonitor Elevate Community Conference?

A: Business casual

Q: Which airport will I fly into? Will ground transportation be provided?

A: You will fly into Sydney Airport (SYD). You will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.

Q: Is parking available?

A: The W Sydney Hotel has limited valet parking available for in-house hotel guests at $100/day, and advance pre-booking is required via w.sydwh.concierge@hotel.com. The maximum vehicle height is 1.7m. There are numerous nearby paid off-site parking options available. 

Q: Are there nearby train stations? 

A: Town Hall Subway Station and Town Hall Train Station are nearby.
