As Enterprise Service Manager for Observability, Tools, and Workload Scheduling and Orchestration, she drives global infrastructure initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and EMEA. With over 13 years in IT, Andrea brings deep expertise in F5 BIG-IP load balancing, Cisco networking, Juniper firewalls, Citrix Netscaler, VMware, and observability tools. Her background includes roles at QTS Data Centers, EarthLink, the FAA, and avionics experience in the U.S. Marine Corps. Andrea is recognized for her leadership, strategic insight, and ability to deliver results in complex environments. Outside of tech, she’s a successful real estate investor and enjoys renovating old homes.
